Focus on movers,
not muscles
Eight chapters. Four parts.
You already have the manual. This is the part that tells you how to work through it.
Part 1 / How to actually learn
- Stop memorizing
- Movers, not muscles
- Notes you’ll actually open
Part 2 / How to train for it
- Basics first
- Progress isn’t linear
Part 3 / How to prepare your mind
- Rehearse first
Part 4 / How to be ready to teach, not just pass
- Don’t wait
- Say it out loud
I finished BASI Comprehensive in five months.
The program usually takes anywhere from six months to two years. Plenty of people don’t pass on the first attempt, so they retake, and it stretches out further. I passed first time, in five months.
I wasn’t further ahead than anyone else when I started. I just had a system for what to study and in what order, and I prepared for the assessment instead of hoping I’d picked enough up along the way. That system is what’s in this guide.
